The Aquaculture Centre at the University of Guelph recently released Aquastats 2017. It describes the results of our annual fish production survey, and provides a situation outlook for the upcoming year and near-term horizon. Aquaculture in Ontario is in a growth phase at present, and continues to evolve in utilizing improved technologies, culturing new species, and diversifying in the marketplace.
