On August 20, Geoff and Susan Cole officially started operations at their new trout processing facility in St. Thomas, Ontario. The state-of-the-art plant was constructed, in part, through support from the Government of Canada’s Fisheries and Aquaculture Clean Technology Adoption Program and the Province of Ontario’s Southwestern Ontario Development Fund.
